- A full dose is 15 Candida Clear per day
- 6 Everyday Vitamin C Power Formula for frst 10 weeks.
- To help your body adjust to the treatment, it is recommended that you begin by taking half of the full dose for the frst 10 days. If you feel comfortable after this introductory period, then you can begin taking the full dose. Giving your body time to adjust should lessen the symptoms you might feel as Candida leaves your system
All vegetables, including frozen, as long as there are no sugar or preservatives.
All meat except pork.

Coﬀee & tea with no additives (sugar, cream, honey, etc…), no more than 3-4 cups per day.

with Mother’s milk.

Natural seasonings containing
120 lbs. and less: 1/2 gallon.
120 to 175 lbs: 3/4 gallon.
175 to 200 lbs: 1 gallon.
200 to 250 lbs: 1 1/4 gallon.
250 lbs. plus: 1 1/2 gallon
Infrared sauna (preferred).
Hot yoga (can replace 2 days)
Week 1 to 10: Follow Basic Plan. After week 10, add probiotic that your doctor recommends. Take 5 Candida Clear, and continue 6 Everyday Vitamin C.
Week 11: Add fresh squeezed juices (not pasteurized) preferred by you. Add whole vegetables blended with half apple or carrot to sweeten (whole not juiced)
Week 12: Organic and raw nuts, gluten free oats, nut butters,popcorn, tofu, sauerkraut, fermented food, kombucha with 2 to 5 grams sugar per serving.
Weeks After: Recommend to not add dairy, sugars, processed foods, but if you do, use stevia as sweetener, almond as alternative, coconut milk and gluten free products, (*after doing the program most people will fnd some foods that bother them and they never knew before.)
After Week 16: Maintenance plan. Take 3 to 5 Candida Clear, 2 Everyday Vitamin C, and your recommended probiotic.
